jofraai.eu is operated under the JOFRA AI brand by BIDWAY spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. These terms cover free website content, contact and consultation booking. You can save or print them using your browser.
The consultation
The free 30-minute consultation takes place online through Google Meet. It is an initial discussion of your company’s needs and possible cooperation. It does not order implementation, purchase a paid assessment or commit you to buying services. Scope, fees, delivery and system responsibilities require a separate agreement. Website examples describe possible uses, not guaranteed results.
Booking and emails
Choose an available time, complete the required fields and submit the form. The system confirms a booking by displaying the selected appointment. Organisational information is sent to your email. The Google Meet link may arrive in a separate message before the meeting. If an email is missing, check spam and contact us. The schedule covers Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 11:00–16:00, with a 12:00–12:30 break, in Europe/Warsaw time; only slots actually available in the calendar can be booked.
Changes and cancellation
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge by emailing us. If your confirmation includes a booking-management link, you can also use it. Please give as much notice as possible. If we need to change the appointment, we will email you and offer an alternative. You may decline without charge.
Technical requirements and acceptable use
You need internet access and an up-to-date browser. Booking requires JavaScript and a working email address. Meetings require an internet connection, a Google Meet-compatible device and a microphone; a camera is optional. Do not submit unlawful content, malware, passwords or third-party data without authority. Do not disrupt the website or block slots with fictitious bookings. Keep software updated and check email sender addresses. You may stop using the website at any time.
Complaints and liability
Send complaints or technical problems to contact@jofraai.eu, including the event, date and a reply address. We will respond within 14 days. If booking fails, contact us by email or telephone. Liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Privacy and amendments
The privacy policy is available in the footer. These terms are dated 24 October 2026. Updated terms will carry a new date. Confirmed consultations remain subject to the terms applicable when booked unless a more favourable change is mutually agreed. Polish law applies without removing any mandatory protection available to the user.
